"Earlier this year one of my hearing aids was damaged after I dropped it, and with the warranty expired I decided that a new pair of aids was urgent. Having made a call, I received a call back a few minutes later, and a couple of days later I was having a hearing test at home by Rohullah, who also collected my damaged aid to have it repaired. He came back only a few days later and fitted the new aids, while later on the same week I received my old hearing aids and they were as good as new. I was extremely impressed by the speed, the quality, and the efficiency of the service that five stars are not enough score to reflect my joy, and that extends to the support I had from San, who was always extremely helpful.
